Job Description:

Summary of Job: The role of the Digital & Production Manager is 2 fold:

For Production you will be responsible for managing the printing and flighting of artwork from start to finish, the production of specialised innovation and for communicating with all key role players. In addition to the maintenance of existing structures.

For Digital you will be responsible for managing digital campaigns from start to finish. This includes gathering all necessary information to complete the briefing documents, ensuring creative is received and correct, and manage communications between all key role players involved. You will also complete weekly reporting and the final Post Campaign Analysis.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities for Production:

  • Oversee and manage the production of artwork, in parallel with any special innovation against set deadlines.
  • Ensure that sites are flighted on time, to maximise clients campaign period. This entails organising, tracking, following up and reporting until completion.
  • Manage production billings – sending PO’s and CI’s.
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders during each stage of the process.
  • Manage the maintenance of existing structures. For example, illumination, repairing artwork, branch trimming… and in 1 case, removing a beehive.
  • Manage the donation of old billboard skins (We have several charities we work with).

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities for Digital:

  • Oversee and manage each mobile campaign against set deadlines.
  • Ensure that campaigns go live on time. This entails briefing, tracking, and following up until we are live.
  • Report back to client weekly on the progress of the campaign, and complete final Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) once campaign has finished.
  • Manage digital billings – prepare IO’s.
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders during each stage of the process.

 

Education and Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the digital field, traffic or project management
  • An in-depth knowledge of campaign management and/or production.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and against deadlines.
