Job Summary:

The role of the Business Development Manager is to hunt, grow and service clients. It is your responsibility to live our values and drive our purpose by building solid, authentic relationships with clients, partners and suppliers. With the support of our dynamite team, you will serve clients great solutions that satisfy their briefs and deliver on their KPI’s.


Key Duties:

Sales Generation: New Business

  • Identifying and developing new business
  • Growing market share


Sales Generation: Current Business

  • Developing and growing relationships with direct clients and agency with the objective order to sell in our audience centric touch points
  • Developing strategic solutions for direct clients and agency based on brand and audience insights
  • Work with business partners to sell in our cross-channel media solutions
  • Managing relationships across multiple stakeholders, which includes:
      • Client direct
      • Agency
      • Business partners
  • Managing & growing Key Accounts
  • Regular Client Servicing
